Enjoying music of various genres, Ros performs a diverse range of styles including ballads, pop, rock, R&B, country, jazz and Latin. She has a way of taking ownership of a song without losing the essence of the original. People are always drawn to her warm, sincere voice and heartfelt performance.
Having worked as a solo entertainer in Melbourne, Australia, Ros has enjoyed tremendous success performing international piano bar engagements around the world since 1999. With many return bookings, Ros also looks forward to entertaining people in new venues.
Ros has a wide repertoire and performs together with a selection of tastefully crafted backing tracks or "unplugged" in classic piano bar style, depending on the room, audience and bar concept.
Formerly a secondary school music teacher, her skill and enthusiasm inspired many students. With two teaching colleagues Ros formed the company "Play On Words", publishing and marketing original musical comedies. She composed, orchestrated, recorded and directed the music for four original musical comedies. A talented performer and multi-instrumentalist, Ros has worked in bands, duos and as a soloist.

The Adelaide Hills, where Ros Jennings grew up, can get cold at times - but never
However Ros is managing to keep nice and warm as a lounge singer and entertainer in the town of Davos. It's the latest gig in a string of international shows for the Adelaide musician, who propelled herself into the overseas music market thanks to a lack of full-time opportunities in the industry here, as her funds ran dry.
Ros spent many years performing in bands both in Adelaide and in Melbourne....but her travels have seen her entertain audiences through Japan, Malaysia, Cambodia, Croatia, Netherlands, Germany, and Ireland.
And she could never have guessed she'd one day be entertaining the Australian delegation to the World Economic Forum, led by Julia Gillard.
When Ros Jennings caught up with Matt and Dave, it was just after midnight in Davos and she'd just come off the stage...
